1 cups Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups Oat flour
1 cup Butter, melted
1 1/2 cups Honey (or Maple syrup)
1/2 cup Sultana Raisins
A healthy bar/cookie with a hint of Coconut!
2 cups Buckwheat flour
1 cups Coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Flax meal
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1 inch Ginger, fresh, finely grated
Orange or lemon peel, from 1/2 a fresh orange/lemon, finely grated
